We meet at the Best Western Lakeside on Highway 192 in the Disneyworld area. Free hotel pick up is available on request. Our program starts one hour before sunrise with a pre-flight briefing by one of our full time professional pilots. We then board our vehicles and head off to one of our 25 launch sites. (Depending on the wind direction).
All passengers are invited to join in the inflation process as their balloon comes to life. We will fly for one hour approximately. Your Pilot will point out all the spectacular sites of the area. After your flight we will celebrate with a traditional Champagne toast and head back for an all you can eat breakfast buffet. At breakfast, each passenger will be awarded a souvenir first flight certificate and a souvenir photograph.
Flights are scheduled 365 days a year. Ballooning is dependent upon favourable weather conditions and can affect your flight length (usually one hour). If conditions are not favourable for a safe flight, the pilot may reschedule or cancel the flights.
An open-dated ticket voucher will be issued allowing you to book the date that best fits with your schedule locally, once you have finalised your itinerary. If you would like to book a specific date & time before you depart the UK, please call our reservations team.
Don’t want to fly?
For clients that do not want to do the actual balloon ride but want to go along with their family/friends, we offer a "chase" package where guests can follow the balloons out to the launch site, meet them when
they land and have champagne in the field with them then go back for the breakfast
The cost for this is $20 per person and this is paid locally to Orlando Balloons.

Where do the flights take place?
The flights are in the Disney area. They can take place anywhere from
Disney to Highway 192 and Highway 27 depending on wind direction.
Where and when do I meet?
You'll meet your pilot approximately one hour before sunrise. This can be anywhere from 5:30am to 6:30am depending on the time of year. We meet at the Best Western Lakeside, located on HWY. 192, exactly 5 traffic lights west of the main entrance to Disney World. (Interstate 4 Exit 64). How long is the flight and what's included?
Most flights are about an hour. However they can be as short as 45 minutes or as long and one hour and 45 minutes. It just depends on weather conditions and landing sites.

What should I wear?
Dress like you were going on a hike in the woods. NO OPENED TOED SHOES. It is not any cooler in the balloon than it is on the ground so we suggest dressing for that particular day's weather.
What can I bring along?
Feel free to bring along a camera or camcorder to record this once in a lifetime experience.
How high do we go?
We can go anywhere from treetops to several thousand feet. It depends on wind speed and direction.
How many people are in the balloon?
We fly anywhere from 4 passengers to 12 passengers in each balloon. The larger balloons have compartments in them for the comfort and safety of our passengers.
Will I be affected if I suffer from motion sickness?
No. As the balloon moves with the wind, there is none of this sensation. A balloon flight is so calm, it is possible to set a glass of water on a table in a balloon and not spill a drop.
