This exhilarating program starts one hour before sunrise with a pre-flight briefing by a professional pilot. All passengers are invited to join in the inflation process to bring the balloon to life, before taking off into the early morning sky. The flight lasts for approximately one hour and your pilot will point out all the spectacular sites of the area. Floating on air is a unique & peaceful experience and best appreciated at this time of day when the light is at its finest. It also means that you still have the whole day in front of you to head off to one of the theme parks or maybe the beach…
After your flight, celebrate with a traditional Champagne toast before heading for an all-you-can eat breakfast buffet where you will be awarded a souvenir first flight certificate and photograph.

Ballooning is dependent upon favourable weather conditions and can affect your flight length (usually one hour).
If conditions are not favourable for a safe flight, the pilot may reschedule or cancel the flights. If you are unable to fly whilst on holiday, you will be entitled to a full refund on your return to the UK

For clients that do not want to do the actual balloon ride but want to go along with their family/friends, we offer a "chase" package where guests can follow the balloons out to the launch site, meet them when
they land and have champagne in the field with them then go back for the breakfast

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to book a date?
No, unless you request a specific date, we will issue you with an open-dated voucher allowing you to book the day that best fits your itinerary once in resort. The number to call will be stated on your voucher.
If you do book a date through us, then you will still need to call to reconfirm your tour once in resort
Where and when do I meet? You'll meet your pilot approximately one hour before sunrise. This can be anywhere from 5:30am to 6:30am depending on the time of year. We meet at the Best Western Lakeside, located on HWY. 192, exactly 5 traffic lights west of the main entrance to Disney World.
The actual time and details will be given when you call to book or reconfirm your flight.
Why do I have to reconfirm my flight?
This is to make sure that the conditions are good and the flight can go ahead. We advise that you do this 24 hours in advance. If you require a hotel pick-up, you should call sooner.
Where do the flights take place? The flights are in the Disney area. They can take place anywhere from Disney to Highway 192 and Highway 27 depending on wind direction.
I don’t have transport, how do I get to the meeting point?
Hotel pick-ups can be arranged locally at an additional cost of $10 per person when you reconfirm your flight.
How long is the flight? Most flights are about an hour. However they can be as short as 45 minutes or as long and one hour and 45 minutes. It just depends on weather conditions and landing sites.
What should I wear? Dress like you were going on a hike in the woods. NO OPENED TOE SHOES. It is not any cooler in the balloon than it is on the ground so we suggest dressing for that particular day's weather.
What can I bring along? Feel free to bring along a camera or camcorder to record this once in a lifetime experience.
How high do we go? Anywhere from treetops to several thousand feet; it depends on wind speed and direction.
How many people are in the balloon? We fly anywhere from 4 passengers to 12 passengers in each balloon. The larger balloons have compartments in them for the comfort and safety of our passengers.
Will I be affected if I suffer from motion sickness? No. As the balloon moves with the wind, there is none of this sensation. A balloon flight is so calm, it is possible to set a glass of water on a table in a balloon and not spill a drop.
