Our Guide to California Academy of Sciences Behind the Scenes Tour
The ultimate all-access experience offers you an unique opportunity to become immersed in the Academy experience through this privately escorted 2 hour behind the scenes tour. You will meet and interact with Academy researchers and scientists, get a glimpse at some of the private collections and gain an in-depth understanding of the key exhibits such as the Philippine coral reef, the Costa Rican rainforest and the Planetarium. This up close and personal this exclusive tour takes you behind closed doors and into a world brimming with awe-inspiring encounters and cutting edge research into the natural world.
Operates: Daily at 11.00am and 1.00pm except every third Wednesday of each month, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Includes: General admission, express museum entry, 2 hour private tour, view a working lab and learn about Academy research, VIP access to the rainforest, preferred Planetarium tickets to a show time of choice, and an Academy gift.
