The idea and concept of a hop on and hop off bus tour is a good one and well used in other cities in the world. For a huge city like Los Angeles it is a good way to see the city. However there was a catalogue of problems including lack of information and signs showing the location of bus stops, buses nt sticking to timetables, and staff not knowing enough about how we could validate our voucher when we first started the tour. And the bus drivers on numerous occassions did not stop at the route stops when asked. We found the whole experience really frustrating and would not use the bus company again.
Good, but not as frequent as similar tours we have been on in other cities. also, tours finish earlier, would have liked the option of an evening tour
