Our Guide to One Day Grand Canyon Tour from Los Angeles
277 miles long, 18 miles in width and formed by the 300 foot wide 100 foot deep Colorado River, the Grand Canyon is a magical geological wonder that never fails to wow its visitors. You’ll take a flight from LA to Vegas and then board a smaller plane from a local Vegas airport, where your journey of discovery really begins.
On your flight to the Grand Canyon you’ll bask in the breathtaking surroundings of the region and fly over must see attractions such as Hoover Dam and Lake Mead, before landing at the Canyon’s West Rim. This region of the Grand Canyon is the residence of the Hualapai Native Americans and has approximately a thousand tribal members. Here you will tour the Grand Canyon by coach, visiting Guano and Eagle Point, as well as visiting the Hualapai tribe and three other Arizona Indian tribes. For the grand finale you will be given the chance to bask in utterly breathtaking views on the famous Skywalk (Skywalk option must be purchased) where you’ll be mesmerised by the vision of the Colorado River thousands of feet below you. Before the tour comes to a close you’ll be able to enjoy a light meal at Guano Point, with fascinating views over the edge of the Canyon, and ask any of the Hualapai Tribe any questions you may have about the region and their culture. This thrilling cultural and geographical adventure offers a comprehensive and exciting way to explore the Grand Canyon.
