Extremely efficient service

Just to confirm that the tickets arrived at 8.30 am this morning. We would just like to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for the extremely efficient service that we have received.
Having been let down at the very last minute by the company we originally placed our order with back in January, we telephoned your company at about 4.30 pm on Tuesday evening to see if there was any chance of buying the tickets and having them delivered by today - we depart tomorrow. The lady we spoke to was extremely polite and helpful (unlike the other company) and we now have the tickets we require at a considerable saving to the on-the-day price. We only wished we had used your company in the first place. Once again, thank you very much and we will certainly recommend your companyto our friends.
