No hesitation in continuing to recommend your company

Hello Not sure if this is the right forum but wanted to give some feedback on a recent experience with your company For a departure date on 26th July( but leaving home on 25th July) I ordered some Universal Tickets and some Space Centre tickets on 20th July. I had to pay an additional £10 but was told that I would have the tickets in good time for my departure. They still hadn't arrived by 25th July, I phoned your office and spoke to "Chris". He investigated and found that there had been an error at your end and the tickets had not been dispatched. I have to say that Chris was superb in his response. He put my mind at rest, assured me that he would make sure that the tickets were ready for me on arrival at my hotel for the night of the 25th and that the £10 courier fee would be refunded to me. He even gave me his personal mobile number in case there were any further problems. Chris was as good as his word, the tickets were there as promised. I have used your services before and have always been served well. Any company can make a mistake, the worth of a company is how it sorts out problems and you did so to my complete satisfaction. Could you please pass my thanks on to Chris. I would have no hesitation in continuing to recommend your company to friends and colleagues. Regards
