This service has been first class

Good morning

Just a message of thanks for the prompt delivery, as promised, of our tickets ordered on the 14th Sept.  Having had a previous bad experience with another supplier I was not sure if ordering by phone or online was the right thing to do but having booked a late trip this time it was the only real option.  Very please to say then that this service has been first class and your friendly and helpful Mary talked us through all the options including the 3 day delivery.  I will be recommending you to all my friends, thank you once again.
