Spectacular service

Dear ATD
I enclose the tickets returned in exchange for the discovery cove package tickets. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff at ATD who have been very helpful throughout my booking experience, even when I decided to change my tickets.

I believe we spend far too much complaining about bad customer service and not enough time congratulating companies when they get it right, and in my experience ATD have got it right. Well Done. I will ensure thatI post some blogs on the internet about the spectacular service for rock bottom prices.
