Discovery Cove was amazing as were the parks.

Boggy Creek was a real treat which everyone enjoyed especially holding the baby alligator at the end.

Hello Not sure if this is the right forum but wanted to give some feedback on a recent experience with your company For a departure date on 26th July( but leaving home on 25th July) I ordered some Universal Tickets and some Space Centre tickets on 20th July. I had to pay an additional £10 but was told that I would have the tickets in good time for my departure. They still hadn't arrived by 25th July, I phoned your office and spoke to "Chris". He investigated and found that there had been an error at your end and the tickets had not been dispatched. I have to say that Chris was superb in his response. He put my mind at rest, assured me that he would make sure that the tickets were ready for me on arrival at my hotel for the night of the 25th and that the £10 courier fee would be refunded to me. He even gave me his personal mobile number in case there were any further problems. Chris was as good as his word, the tickets were there as promised. I have used your services before and have always been served well. Any company can make a mistake, the worth of a company is how it sorts out problems and you did so to my complete satisfaction. Could you please pass my thanks on to Chris. I would have no hesitation in continuing to recommend your company to friends and colleagues. Regards

Dear Attraction Tickets Direct Well what can I say. We purchased the Orlando Freedom Ticket, Wonderworks plus Dinner Show and the Gatorland and Airboat Ride packages from you and it was the best decision we have ever made. The Freedom Ticket (which included Fast Pass @ Disney) was undoubtedly excellent value for money and easy to use. We had seperate tickets for Disney, Seaworld, Universal, Busch Gardens and Aquatica and we had no problems whatsoever using these tickets. So simple it was unbelieveable.. And the fact that we had free transportaion to Busch Gardens was incredible.. This ticket combination was excellent and suited our requirements perfectly. The Wonderworks and dinner show was amazing. Value for money and we made a whole day out of it for such a low price.... The show was excellent and the food they served was simple but there was plenty of it and free drinks too.... Gatorland and the Airboat Ride was my dream come true. I have always wanted to go on an airboat and this just fufilled my dreams.. Free transportation from my hotel to the Airboat Ride, then onto Gatorland and then back to my Hotel.. Excellent price for this activity. All in all your company made our visit to Orlando as easy as possible. I would have no worries about highly recommending you to others. Infact I am already looking into tickets for 2012... Just a quick email to say thanks for supplying our Orlando theme park passes. We arrived back this morning after a fantastic 2 weeks.
Once again we had absolutely no problems gaining entry to the parks, which we have had in the past with other companies promising actual tickets but sending vouchers which results in having to stand in huge lines to exchange before entering the park! This was even more of a help with the tickets for Arabian Knights where we were able to arrive just 30 minutes before the show started and walk straight in whereas friends we met over there had to arrive approx 90 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Finally a big thanks for the free Planet Hollywood meal vouchers - still the best meal in Orlando.
We will be sure to use your services again

I am writing to express my deepest appreciation for the excellent service that your company provide. I have used ATD previously for two Florida visits with my family, however this year, with the current financial climate I regrettably chose to use another theme park ticket provider in order to save some money. They have now gone into administration and I am currently in negotiations with my credit card provider for a refund under S.75 of the Consumer Credit Act.
My friend and I have both booked our replacement tickets to Universal and Disney through ATD, we phoned on Friday and the tickets arrived this morning (Tuesday). Never again will I book tickets with another company to save approx £15 per person. The tremendous service and excellent customer liaison of ATD is worth every penny and I urge anyone from the UK travelling to Florida to visit the theme parks, book with Attraction Tickets Direct UK as they are the best provider out there, and their prices still remain competitive.

Sorry it took so long but I just wanted to say thank you for your fantastic level of service when providing me with tickets for Port Aventura earlier in the Summer. In this day and age when many companies fail to fulfill their promises we received prompt and efficient service. I called on Monday for tickets, concerned that I'd left it too late as I was due to fly to Spain the following Sunday. A very helpful lady advised that we should receive them by Thursday (even though there was a threat of a postal strike). I was advised to call back on Wednesday if they had not arrived and she promised that she would get them to me reassuring me that I shouldn't worry. To our surprise they arrived the folowing day. Many thanks again for sorting things out in such an efficient, freindly and proffessional manner.

I am writing to thank you and your staff for the superb service I have received from your Company. In January I ordered some Orlando theme park tickets from 'Theme Park Tickets' - well in advance of our flights to Florida this weekend. At the very last minute and after much chasing, they informed me that they wouldn't be sending out the tickets as they didn't have them. Yesterday at 12:00 I rang 'Attraction Tickets Direct' and explained my problem. The lady who answered the call was very helpful and appreciative of the situation, and first checked that tickets were available and could be despatched that day. She then assured me that the tickets would be sent out by special delivery and that I would receive them the following day. A totally different experience from the one I had received from 'Theme Park Tickets'. The tickets actually arrived this morning at 8:00 - less that 24 hours after they were ordered. The envelope itself had 'URGENT !!!' written in large letters on it. What a service, I can't thank you enough. How I wish in January I had chosen your Company. In future when I, or anyone I know, requires tickets then there is only one place to get them - 'Attraction Tickets Direct'.
