Afterwards, drive to Lancaster County, in the heart of Pennsylvania to see the Pennsylvania Dutch, America’s largest Amish community. The Amish live without modern conveniences such as electricity and cars and their lifestyle has remained unchanged for hundreds of years. Visit an Amish farm where horses are still used to plough the fields, a schoolhouse and marketplace to learn about a religion and lifestyle of a bygone era that continues this day.
