How to Do Disneyland Paris on a Budget
5 tips to save you money at Disneyland Paris
Want to visit the happiest place on Earth but the budget’s a little tight? No problem! With our money saving tips for Disneyland Paris, you can have an amazing holiday at a fraction of the price.

No one wants to pay over the odds for their holiday, which is why we love to help save you money and get the best deal you can every time. With this in mind, we aim to show you how a family of 4 can save up to £1500 on a 3 day holiday to Disneyland Paris...a mega saving, we think you'll agree!

1. Buy your park tickets in advance

On the gate, 1 day Disneyland Paris tickets will set you back €88 euros for adults and 80€ for children – ouch! That’s nearly £68 for an adult ticket for just one day. Purchase your ticket in advance though, and you could save as much as £33 per adult ticket and £32 on a child’s ticket. Buy a 3 days for the price of 2 ticket in advance and the price drops dramatically to less than £33 a day. You’ll also save time at the gates, where queues can take up to an hour so it’s a win-win.

Estimated saving for a family of 4 for 1 day: £130

2. Stay at a budget Disney hotel or an off-site location

Although staying at a Disney hotel is an incredible experience, if you’re on a tighter budget it isn’t always feasible. However, the nearby town of Val d’Europe is conveniently located for the parks, just 1 stop away on the train, and packed with lots of great value hotels. Trains leave from the Val D’Europe station every 20 minutes and cost a few euros, so you’ll definitely make savings by staying off-site. If you want to be in the heart of the action though, budget hotels at Disney include the Hotel Cheyenne and the Hotel Santa Fe.

Estimated saving for a family of 4 for a 2-night stay with 3-day park tickets: Up to £700

3. Make the most of your free vouchers!

While stocks last, we’re offering two great extra added values which will save you money on your Disneyland Paris holiday, when you purchase your Disneyland Paris tickets with us.The first voucher offers you 20% off all food and drinks at the Earl of Sandwich for the whole family. The Earl of Sandwich is already a great-value place to eat in the Disney Village and with this voucher you can really save some money on dining at the parks. Hot, American-style sandwiches are reasonably priced at less than €7 while huge, delicious salads and wraps with tasty fresh ingredients will set you back just under €8. A big lunch or dinner for 2 adults and 2 children with dessert (they have some of the best brownie desserts we've ever tasted!) and drinks costs around €40 or, with your 20% off voucher, €32/£25!

The second voucher is for the iconic Planet Hollywood restaurant, where you can save a whopping 15% on your bill. Tuck into amazing burgers, pasta, pizzas and a range of great desserts without the shock of the bill after.

Estimated saving for a family of 4: £16 - £32 per day

4. Travel mid-week

If you have the flexibility to travel mid-week and outside of the school holidays, travel to Disneyland Paris and staying within the parks will be dramatically cheaper. Eurostar offer limited deals starting from as little as £36 each way for trains straight to Disneyland Paris, so it’s a good idea to book early and be flexible with your dates.

Estimated saving for a family of 4: £450

5. Pack a lunch

Although it’s great to experience Disney dining and especially character dining if you can, bringing your own food is a great way to save money. Although Disney discourage you from bringing in gigantic picnic baskets full of food, you are allowed to bring in your own drinks and snacks, which can save you lots of money, particularly if you’re visiting for a few days. There are also drinking water fountains within the park so make sure to bring a refillable bottle. For breakfasts, you can stock up on tasty and inexpensive pastries from the supermarket in nearby Val d’Europe (perfect if you’re staying there!).

Estimated saving for a family of 4: £75 - £100

With these top tips, a family of 4 could save up to an incredible £1500 on 3 day, 2 night stay at Disneyland Paris! And, whether you’re visiting the resort on a budget or if you fancy treating yourself to the all-out experience, you’re sure to have an incredible time at the parks and create lasting memories for the whole family.
