Bahamas form Florida

My husband and I are visiting Orlando in Sept. To save money we booked our flights and accomodation seperately.

We are flying with first choice and saw in their brochure a trip to the Bahamas. It was overnight, 2 days, 1 night. We have tried to book this with them but they won't allow it as we have not booked a package with them.

Does anyone konw if there are tour places out there offering this excursion? If so, has anyone done this?.....any idea on prices?....THANKS!

there are tour operators that will do trips like that over in Orlando - or whereever you are staying, check out the info desks in the hotel lobby.

But first I would go back to First Choice and see if you can get them to do it, if they refuse try demanding to speak with their manager and say "dont u want my money", they really should not refuse to sell you this tour just because you havent booked a package with them!

I thought that also, but first choices reply was that they had a limited number of spaces and it was for their customers!!! Technically we do not fall into that catergory?!?!

I may try nearer the time, if they haven't sold all the slots, they may take my cash.

dont get too excited with nassua we did a disney cruise at xmas and nassua was not a place I would call wondeful. We went to paradise island which was good. But could not wiat to get back on the ship after an hour in nassua.

Have you thought about the Keys that is a great place or cuba is not so far

Hi i also saw this excursion in the brouchresbut as we are also booking everything seperate on our trip i tried looking on the net for how was running this in the states and found this site as far as i can make out the basic price does not includes your travel from orlando to palm beach or accomodation in bahamas but this can be booked through them at the same time. prices start at $99 per person hope this is what your looking for.
