I've finally decided to rent a car, but only for a couple of days as we're staying at disney property for 1 week, and have free transport to Universal which is only down the road, so going to hire a car to get to the malls, discovery cove and tampa bay.
Can anyone let me know who the cheapest/best are.
Thanks!

We Would Never Use Alamo Again As They Made Us Queue Up For 2 Hours. Attraction Tickets Direct Now Use Budget I Think And They Are Much Better Because No Other Big Uk Company Uses Them

Try All States Car Hire. They promise to be other quotes by 5 pounds. I found Florida Car Hire rates at 190 for two weeks all inclusive and All States beat it as promised.

Its always best to pre-book your car hire before leaving the UK.Always get the highest cover (ie.Gold cover). You will need a credit card or cash deposit on collection. The cheapest fully inclusive place is www.yescarhire.com. If you dont pre-book believe me you will pay a lot more.

The prices on that web-site are very good.
Which company was the car hire from i.e Dollar, Alamo etc..?
What I really want to know, was the car hire pickup on site at the airport or a shuttle bus?

They deal with all the main named ones. You collect at the airport and drop off at the airport as well.I think minimum rental is 2 days.If you have never hired in the states before dont be hudwinked into upgrading. If you are happy with the car you have paid for just say so because as much as I love the states these people are on commission and dont like taking no for an answer.good luck.Tilly2005.
