im travelling to the usa in 5 weeks time its just come to light that i might need a visa but the embassy will not see me until about 6 weeks. i got caught without insurance on the car about 14 years ago and cant believe that this could stop me from entering the country. my kids will be devastated if i get turned away. somebody please help me. thankyou MR A.

did you get a conviction or were you just fined?

if you were convicted then you would proberly need a visa.

if you were fined or cautioned then you should get in no problems.
