hi going to florida in a month and was not advised that i might need a visa ? i was interviewed by the police as to a punch thrown at my boyfriend the police said i was not convicted and would not go on to any police records .not even sure if i was advised i was beening arested so do you think i still be alright for entry as its to late for a visa . plus if its not on record how would the us know

You should get in to the US no problems.

by the way - it is too late to apply for a visa, in normally takes a few months

hi read melinie busters problems that should answer for you but unless you were charged or given a caution i wouldnt worry my son was cautioned and needed a visa if you were neither i should imagine you will be ok regards rpj
