The pound/dollar exchange rate is obviously a key part of any holiday to the USA, and it is currently pushing $2 to the pound, which would be a major landmark in currency terms. We tend to use a very handy website for the best tourist rates - comparetravelmoney.co.uk - but what other companies have you found for your all-important spending money?
Another handy site is oanda.com, where the daily rate is easy to see (and calculate).

me and my wife are going to orlando in september and i have been watcing the exchange rate at the marks and spencer website, theirs is better than what the papers are printing.

We tend to always get our currency from M&S as their rate is usually better than most other places :D

i also use m&s but the web site can be slightly off what you get in the shop.

i usally go round the travelle agents after the post office and play 1 off aginst the other 2 see who will give me the best rate lol
