St Augustine

I've been told that St Augustine is a lovely olde-world kind of place. Judging from all the pictures I've seen in the web - I've gotta go!

Does anyone know if theres a train service there from Orlando/Kissimmee?
Can't find anything with Amtrak.


Also, any recommendations as to what to do when there?

Sorry can't help regarding trains, we drove there last year - 2.5 hours from Orlando up I4 and I95.

We really enjoyed our day, there is a v.good mix of history, shopping, eating. There are two competing trolley rides which provide hop on/off and commentary - good to get an overview and orientation.
