Hi All

I'm just looking a bit of advice regarding holiday insurance.

I'm off to Florida in August and was wondering if anyone could give me some advice about the best company to take out holiday insurance with...only I want one with sufficient cover for the states but I dont want one that will cost me an absolute fortune.

Can anyone help

Thanks in advance

Jacqui

We've used the Post Office for our insurance. We got a year policy for myself and three kids. It cost £104.00 and we seemed to be pretty well covered. I haven't made a claim so i can't comment on that
There's so many policies out there it's difficult to choose which one to go for isn't it.

Please check out my daughter's website we're raising money for National Eczema Society

try the following two sites

www.moneysavingexpert,com (this will tell you what to look for when buying insurance)

www.travelsupermarket.com (this searches a number of insurance companies to find best quote)

We have an annual worldwide policy with Club Direct cost us £78 for 2 adults and 3 kids. One of my boys has asthma and this was included no extra charge. My sister also uses them and she has put a claim in with no problems. She recieved a cheque back more or less straight away, it was for drs fees.
Club direct will come up if you try www.travelsupermarket.com

I would definitely second the recommendation for MoneySavingExpert.com. That is a brilliant site for many different money-saving ideas, while Travel Supermarket is part of the big MoneySupermarket.com site and also offers a lot of good insurance ideas.
