I must admit, I don;t know Manchester airport at all, but I'm pretty sure we have some 'regulars' here who can advise from personal knowledge. In the meantime, we often use Parking4Less for this kind of thing, and you can look up their Manchester Airport section here: http://www.parking4less.co.uk/manchester_airport_hotels.htm

I think the only hotel that will the bill is Bewleys who charge £45 for up to 15 days and then £5 per day thereafter in their own car park. Crowne Plaza let you keep your car in the hotel car park for 15 days and then they may move it to one of the off site car parks at a cost of £10 per additional day. Hilton will only let you park your car for a maximum of 15 days and the Radisson SAS uses off site parking full stop.

If it's just a place to lay your head before/after your flight then try the Travelodge.
We fly in a fortnight but booked the Travelodge back in december for £15 (That's for four of us).

We are using the Airport's Shuttle Car Park based at Styal (About 10 mins from Travelodge) - this cost me £44 for 16 days parking.

The shuttle buses are very regular and go to all terminals. There is minimal waiting time when you get back to arrivals.

The Shuttle Park is not "Valet Parking"........you drive in, park up, take keys with you and hop on the bus.

No fuss and this will be the second time we've used it.

Radisson if off site but the hotel arranges collection and delivery of the car.

Ours was the back before we were (you fill in a form with your arrival time).

Hotel is very handy if you have an early flight but it certainly isnt the cheapest.

We enquired about hiring a car in Great Yarmouth (not too far from where we live) driving it to Gatwick then rehiring a car when we return and it was extremely expensive because of the "airport loading fee". In the end we just drove up the day before did twilight check in and stayed at the Hilton overnight and a company called PAS took our car and parked it then returned it when we flew in. Worked very well as we were away 24 nights. There may be something similar at Manchester Airport.:)
