Yes, you can, but it costs 5 quid per person. Here's what the First Choice website says:

If you are travelling with First Choice Airways and flying from Gatwick, Birmingham or Manchester airports, you can now save time by checking in between 1200-2200 hours on the day before you travel. The next day you then go straight through to the departure area and avoid the check-in queues. This service must be booked at least 4 days prior to departure and is not available for passengers travelling with ski equipment.

If you have pre-booked early check-in, all members of the party aged 12 and over must attend check-in the day before you travel. The lead person named on your booking can check in any children in the party (if under the age of 12) provided the children have the same surname. They will need to take the letter of confirmation from First Choice Airways, everybody's tickets and passports, plus all baggage.

This service can only be booked through First Choice Airways on 0871 664 0144 and costs £5.00 per person.

My advice would be as you are flying into Sanford to take the 417 Greeneway and then the 528 Beach Line Expressway (East) and then north on International Drive. Both the 417 and 528 are toll roads, total cost wil be $5-$6 dollars. The 417 is much quieter than the Interstate and therefore easier to drive after a long flight, when tired, and in a strange vehicle.

Yes, you will definitely find much more traffic on I-4 in the late afternoon (when most UK flights arrive) than the Central Florida Greeneway (417). If you are not familiar with Orlando, it is a much safer route, and you then just drive about 1 mile north on International Drive (past the Convention Center), across Sand Lake Road and turn right into Carrier Drive. Great location, BTW.
