Well the title pretty much says it all, i have just come back from shopping in Epcot and i purchased some Disney decorations not thinking about transporting them back home.
They are pretty fragile and wouldn't last 5 mins in a suitcase.....would these be allowed as hang luggage ?
I'm guessing there made out of usual baubal material

I would think that should be just fine. I hope so, anyway, since we're bringing one back to the UK next trip over.

You should be fine.
I recently brought wall plaques back, made out of glass and pottery without any problems.
As long as you don't exceed the size and weight for hand luggage, it still seems to be liquids over 100ml and actual sharp [scissors, knifes, tweezers etc] items that are the problem. ;)

My wife bought some delicate ornaments last year and bought some of the plastic food boxes (the sort with clip on lids) from one of the supermarkets. Lines them with bubble wrap, put in the ornaments, more bubble wrap and then wrapped the boxes in clothes and placed the in the centre of the case. All came home safely. :happy-thumb
But as the others say you should be OK in your hand luggage, just be careful you don't throw it into the luggage locker on the plane.

Hi
I too bought Christmas decorations (they are really lovely over there) anyway, I bought mine back home in my hand luggage. I just wrapped them in a towel as they were already really well packed by Disney.
