Would love to hear your thoughts on this. I enjoyed the movie Mama Mia!, but I'm afraid I'm not an ABBA fan so it's not fair for me to comment. Even if I was, this quote puts me off so thoroughly I would have to boycott the place for at least 5 years:

"How do we give the visitor a big hug in each room?"

I like their music but i find this idea a little disturbing (starting with the strange looking figures in the glass case in the article) still i guess die hard fans'll be queuing up

I suppose there are weirder things. We've got a museum with nothing but hand-painted bird eggs, and a museum honoring Kentucky Fried Chicken, so why not an ABBA museum?

While my musical roots are in the late 60's (Beatles, Kinks etc) through Prog and Heavy Rock I have to admit I do like Abba. As a major influence on 70's/80's music I guess it's only right they are honoured in such a way.

Would possibly go to a dinner show, with tribute act or show telling their story, but a museum................wasting valuable park time
