General Policies

  • Bookings must contain at least one person who is 21 years of age or older.
  • A major credit card and photo I.D. is required upon check-in to cover incidental charges.
  • There must be at least one person in the reserved room who is 21 years of age or older.
  • All Universal resort hotels are 100% smoke-free. The non-smoking policy applies to all areas of the hotels, with the exception of designated outdoor smoking areas. The cleaning fee for smoking in guest rooms is $250.

    Located approx. 20 minutes from Orlando International Airport, 50 minutes from Sanford Airport, and on-site at Universal Orlando Resort, like we said before when you stay at Aventura you are literally in Universal! You can use the walking paths or take a short shuttle ride and be at the parks or Universal CityWalk in minutes. A dedicated walking path from Aventura takes you straight to Universal’s Volcano Bay. Plus you are really close to everything else Orlando has to offer too. Here you are right in the heart of the action.

Parking in the Universal Orlando car park costs $27 per day, or you can pay extra to upgrade to Prime Parking or Valet. But if you arrive after 6pm, you can park for free (on non-Halloween Horror Nights event nights).

  • How to get from Aventura Hotel to Universal?

    There is a bus that picks you up at regular intervals right outside of the hotel and deposits guests near the security checkpoint for CityWalk. Alternatively, the walking path from Aventura Hotel will take 15-20 minutes to Islands of Adventure with Universal Studios just a few minutes further.

    Guests can also walk to Loews Sapphire Falls Resort to catch the water taxi to Universal CityWalk.

  • Tickets were as advertised and at a good price. The extras (Orlando Dine 4 Less Card GOLD and Free Gift at The Florida Mall & Savings Passport) were not worth the paper I ended up printing them on. The discount card (and app) were nor recognised anywhere even when the listing was shown to the merchant and the guest services was not open at The Florida Mall either time we visited and so were not able to use that either. If these cost to attach I think if we were to book with Attraction Tickets again I would suggest a discounted price rather than something which makes people angry if it doesn't work.

  • Purchased tickets for Universal studios just a few days before heading there. They were delivered by email within 24 hours. I was able to download and use on my phone at any admission gate without any issues. Great service and price compatible to other sites. Would recommend and use again .
