The different combinations of tickets can be a bit confusing but the tour of Cape
Canaveral is well worth the extra few pounds so I’d go for the Space Pass. The Imax films are shown on giant screens and filmed by NASA astronauts on actual missions. Set aside time to make sure you see one. The Simulator Station is as close as you’re likely to get to feeling zero gravity. There are several restaurants around the center but try and find one where you can listen to a briefing from someone who has flown in space, a truly educational experience.
Must see / Do:
Cape Canaveral is an experience you’ll take with you forever!

KSC is probably one of the most underrated attractions in Florida, although not loved by everyone and especially women, my Dad and I went for the day left our villa in Kissimmee at 0900, took just 45 mins by car across on the B Line expressway directly due East. My MUM and Sister went shopping all day and later chilled out around the pool, while we set out on the best value for money attraction that Florida offers i think for just under $30 a ticket and $16.00 for Children between 3-11 this includes access to all exhibits, Astronaut Encounter, Imax Space Film and a two hour Bus tour, Parking is Free.
There's no need to pay $20 million for a ticket to the "International Space Station" !! The all new 3-D IMAX Space Station is now showing brilliant,.it takes audiences on an incredible cinematic journey of discovery from Planet earth orbiting the earth with amazing 3-D technology including experiencing a space walk and floating around the space station.
Asking real life astronauts all important questions like whets its like to float in space and how do you go the bathroom in Space? during the new Astronaut Encounter show.
The bus trip allows you to visit restricted areas, see space shuttle launch pads, walk beneath a massive Saturn V rocket and relive man's landing on the moon. buy some freeze dried ice-cream and potatoes great unique cheap gifts for friends back home.
Dad and I thoroughly enjoyed the day we were back by 1800pm in time for swim and to take the girls out for dinner to Bennigans.
