Your well trained horse will take you along a canyon rim atop the square top mountain summit of Fossil Ridge. You’ll be able to enjoy vistas of the colourful Red Rock Escarpment located 15 miles west of Las Vegas, which can be seen easily from the Las Vegas strip, and be amazed by the wildlife that makes it home at Spring Mountains. With an area of 860 square miles by a vertical range of approximately 2 miles, Spring Mountains is host to a vast number of natural environments that produces nearly 37 species of trees and over 600 species of vascular plants. As well as offering stunning panoramas of these two major geographic sites your horseback ride will also feature awe inspiring visions of ancient caves and amazing rock formations. Explore the unique and varied landscapes of the desert on this exciting and breathtaking horseback adventure.

Tour operates: Daily, year round.

Start time: 8.00am in the summer and 9.00am in the winter. Pick-up commences up to 60 minutes before the tour departure time.

Duration: 4 hours door to door including a 2-hour ride.

Includes: Roundtrip transportation from Las Vegas; 2-hour horseback trail ride atop Fossil Ridge and experienced instructor/guide.

Hotel Pick-up: This tour picks up from the following locations in Las Vegas: Golden Nugget Hotel, Stratosphere Hotel, Circus Circus, Wynn Hotel, Mirage Hotel, Caesar's Palace, Excalibur Hotel and South Point. You will need to make your own way to the nearest pick-up location.
