A unique experience combining Plane, Boat and Helicopter! Your day starts with a wonderful scenic flight to the Grand Canyon, taking in beautiful Lake Mead, the Hoover Dam and the dramatic West Rim. Landing at Grand Canyon West you will transfer to a helicopter for a 4,000 foot descent into the depths and the opportunity to explore the canyon floor by foot. A leisurely excursion by boat along the Colorado River allows you to appreciate the scale and majesty of the Canyon walls from a completely different respective. A helicopter will be waiting at the end of the trip for the ascent back to the top. A short, narrated coach tour of the Indian grounds and a light meal complete this memorable day.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will my tour pick me up from my hotel in Vegas?
Yes, all of our tours include hotel pick-ups & drop-offs, with the exception of the Imperial Tour.
Do I fly from Vegas?
Not necessarily. Only our platinum tours fly from McCarran airport in Vegas. If you have not purchased one of these flights, then you will be collected from your hotel and driven by mini-bus to Boulder City where your flight departs. This is the case for all airplane tours and any Helicopter flights, with the exception of the Platinum range.
The Imperial Tour departs from the South Rim of the Grand Canyon, so you are responsible for your transport arrangements to that point.
Do I have to book a date?
No, if you opt for an open-dated ticket, then you may call the tour operator once in resort to confirm a date. Alternatively, if you are purchasing an open ticket, you may call Attraction Tickets Direct before you travel and we will arrange this for you. Confirmed bookings are subject to 24 hour confirmation. Please note, that if you have confirmed a date prior to travelling you will still need to call once in resort to reconfirm your booking.
What do I need to reconfirm?
This is standard procedure for pretty much every tour company in the world. This also allows you the opportunity to reconfirm your pick-up arrangements.
What time is Sunset?
This varies through the year, but if you have booked a Sunset flight, then you will be advised of an approximate departure time when you confirm a date. The actual time will be given when you call the tour operator to reconfirm.
