Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to book a date?
No, if you opt for an open-dated ticket, then you may call the tour operator once in resort to confirm a date. Alternatively, if you are purchasing an open ticket, you may call Attraction Tickets Direct before you travel and we will arrange this for you. Confirmed bookings are subject to 24 hour confirmation. Please note, that if you have confirmed a date prior to travelling you will still need to call once in resort to reconfirm your booking.
What do I need to reconfirm? This is standard procedure for pretty much every tour company in the world. This also allows you the opportunity to reconfirm your pick-up arrangements.
What time is Sunset? This varies through the year, but if you have booked a Sunset flight, then you will be advised of an approximate departure time when you confirm a date. The actual time will be given when you call the tour operator to reconfirm.
