Our Guide to One Day Death Valley Tour

Exchange the bustling nightlife of Las Vegas for a trip to the desert’s Death Valley and witness attractions such as Furnace Creek, Badwater Basin and Devils Cornfields. Drive west of Las Vegas making your first stop 60 miles from Vegas in a town most famous for its legal and licensed Sheri Ranch and Chicken Ranch brothels, which are both major historical tourist attractions of the region. Continue to on to Shoshone, which is located at the south east entrance of Death Valley.

Death Valley is situated in the hottest, lowest and driest part of North America, within the Mojave Desert in Eastern California. In July 1913 Furnace Creek in Death Valley was reported the hottest temperature in the entire Western Hemisphere at 134 degrees Fahrenheit and still remains the hottest July temperature in the world to date. Geological attractions at Death Valley are at every turn so prepare to be wowed and keep your camera at hand. On this tour you’ll visit Badwater Basin, a giant water hole sitting 282 feet below sea level, making it the lowest point in North America, you’ll drive through Devils Cornfields, an impressive cluster of sand dunes and admire the wonderfully multi - coloured clay stones of Artist’s Drive. The route we take through the park may vary from tour to tour, depending on the time of the year and our guests, but it will conclude with a visit to Scotty’s Castle and Ubehebe Crater or drive towards the mountains stopping at Rhyolite, an abandoned mine. Whichever option you’ll be able to marvel at the strange and beautiful wonders of the world. Don’t miss out on this fascinating and intriguing expedition.
