Where do the flights depart from? There are two heliports in New York:
Downtown Heliport, Pier 6 and the East River. Open Monday – Saturday from 9am to 6.30pm or
VIP Heliport, West 30th & 12th (Mid-town). Open Daily from 9am to 9pm.
Do I need to book a date in advance?
No, you may book an open dated voucher which is particularly useful if you are buying a gift for someone. However, during peak periods of the year it is best to confirm a date with us before you travel. At these times we will place notification on the website or if you have already booked an open voucher, we will contact you to advise.
Why do I need to pay a passenger handling fee and security fee upon check-in?
These are mandatory fees imposed by the heliports and must be paid at the heliport upon check-in
How many people can ride in a helicopter? Each helicopter seats up to 7 passengers plus the pilot. If you purchase the Romance over Manhattan tour, then you pay for the whole helicopter and will not share with others
Will I be affected if I suffer from motion sickness? The natural motion of the helicopter can cause some sickness if you are prone to it.
