Will I receive tickets or vouchers for this product?
We will send a voucher which is easily exchanged at the NBC Experience Store, NY Waterway Tours at Pier 79 or NY Water Taxi

How long is the ticket valid for?
The NY Explorer is valid for a period of 30 days from the first time it is used. You may use it for a maximum of 5 attractions.
Can I really jump the queue at some attractions?
Yes, simply present your Explorer Pass at the CitySights desk in Times Square for your Statue of Liberty tickets. This will avoid an often very lengthy queue at Battery Park. You will still need to queue to board the ferry in the normal fashion, but this is generally much shorter. Follow the simple instructions in your guidebook (which is supplied along with the actual pass) and avoid spending precious time waiting in line at popular museums such as the Met, the MOMA and also at Top of the Rock.
Why do you offer the Top of the Rock Observation Deck instead of the Empire State Building?
Everybody wants to see the Empire State Building…..but you can’t do that while standing at the top of it! Standing on the observation deck at the Top of the Rock will afford you a 360 degree panoramic view of New York City including the Empire State Building which will be directly in front of you! Best of all…..due to timed ticketing, you will NOT experience long queues, allowing more time for sightseeing. We think you’ll love the Top of the Rock as much as we do.
