Price Promise

We believe that our attraction ticket prices represent the excellent value. Consequently, if you book with Attraction Ticket Direct and subsequently find the same theme park tickets cheaper elsewhere in a UK brochure (within 7 days of booking), we will refund the difference. Likewise, if you are yet to book and find cheaper tickets published in a brochure, we will also match the price!

Please note that this price must be published in a brochure and priced in £ sterling. The ticket must also be a real ticket, not a voucher or “e-ticket”. It must also be new and in stock for purchase on that same day and the price we match must be bookable on that day. The ticket price must be based on a single ticket and therefore this price guarantee excludes group discounts. All surcharges will be taken in to account (including credit card fees and delivery costs etc) and this guarantee doesn’t apply to special discount offers or promotional ticket prices. If we price match with another Company then we reserve the right to withdraw any added value that we would normally send with the tickets. In addition, we reserve the right to withdraw the offer of our deposit scheme as in most cases, tickets that we are price matching must be paid for in full. Because prices online change so frequently and a lot of online ticket brokers are unauthorised, this price promise does not extend to web only ticket brokers. The price promise also excludes Paris attractions and tickets.
