If anyone out there is thinking of going to Islands of Adventure, then be sure not to miss one fantastic ride - The Amazing Adventures of Spiderman! Brilliant! I normally dont like rides but my family (have two children 8 and 14) insisted I go on with them as it was only a simulated ride (not too scary I thought). It was just like being in the comic book. So real! I enjoyed it so much had to go straight back on again after finishing the first ride.

Islands of adventure is a great park, and if you buy a 2 park Universal ticket you get to visit this park too.It has something for everyone. My 8 year old loved the Toon Lagoon and my 14 year old was enthralled by Super Hero Island. Although we went to Orlando mainly for Disney,we were very nicely surprised by what Islands of Adventure had to offer.

Must say a big thank you too to Attraction Tickets Direct for such a great service and prompt delivery. The whole experience of ticket ordering was faultless. Will definitely recommend them to all our friends.

Just as well that we had purchased a 7day 2 park Universal ticket because there was so much to do in both parks that we spent 2 days in Universal Islands of Adventure.

It is really very well set out into areas and we just went round each area. The one everyone knew was Jurassic Park and the ride was very realistic so much so that my youngest had to sit on my knee. She liked the Toon Lagoon and was back laughing when we went on Popeye and Blutos water ride and of course we all got wet. We did not know alot about Seuss Landing but soon learnt about the Cat in a hat. The kids had to go and eat at the Green Eggs and Ham cafe just to see if the eggs were green however the food was normal and good. I decided to not go into the Lost Continent until the food had gone done because we had been told that we must go on the Duelling Dragon ride which is quite some roller coaster ride. It was so good that my son had to go back on again as you can have 2 different rides depending on whether you go on Fire or Ice. We had to drag him away it was that good.

There is also a really good stunt show The Eighth Voyage of Sinbad which gave us time to get our breath back before we moved on. There was so much to see and do that we had to come back the next day. We went to Marvel super hero island which my son just couldn't get enough of. The Spiderman ride was really amazing wearing 3 d glasses the special effects was really great and then it was on to the Hulk coaster ride which he really enjoyed.

We all really enjoyed the Poseidon's fury it really made you fill like you were there. Of course we had to go back to the Duelling Dragon ride again.
We would certainly go back there again.
