The World Yacht Dinner Cruise sails from Canal Street to the George Washington Bridge on a three- hour cruise, taking in sights such as Ellis Island, the South Street Seaport, United Nations and the illuminated Brooklyn, Manhattan and Williamsburg Bridges. The magnificent Manhattan skyline forms a wonderful backdrop throughout the cruise and the highlight of the trip is when the boat sweeps right under the Statue of Liberty, allowing you a close-up view of this floodlit monument.  After dinner you can dance the night away to the entertaining musical sounds of the resident DJ, or simply relax with a cocktail and enjoy the view.

The World Yacht Dinner Cruise offers New York sightseeing with a difference and spectacular views of the night-time city at a leisurely romantic pace. The Gold Package includes:

• A wonderful 4-course gourmet dinner
• Drinks - there is an open standard bar
• 3-hour sightseeing Cruise
• Entertainment and Dancing

Operates:
Saturdays only in January and February; Saturdays and Sundays in March; Wednesday-Sunday in April; Daily May to December.

Dress Code:
In keeping with the ambience of the cruise, smarter dress is required. Gentleman are required to wear a jacket, business casual or evening attire for women. Dark or dress jeans are acceptable. No t-shirts, shorts, sandals or trainers are allowed.

Drinks:
The standard open bar includes: beer, wine, soda and cocktails made from our selection of national brands including Tanqueray Gin, Absolut Vodka, Bacardi Rum, Dewar's White Label and more .

APPETIZERS

• World Yacht Signature Salad - heirloom tomatoes, goat cheese, frisee and radicchio di Treviso with haricots verts marinated in salsa verde, garnished with slivered roasted almonds and a sherry vinaigrette.
• Duo of Salmon - smoke salmon with creme fraiche, shallots and dill paired with salmon tartar with avocado, wasabi and nori.
• Chef's Seasonal Soup
• Octopus Salad - grilled baby octopus, garbanzo beans, baby heirloom tomatoes, orecchiette pasta and baby arugula tossed in a cilantro vinaigrette.
• Classic Shrimp Cocktail - four pieces of colossal shrimp served with traditional cocktail sauce.
• Cheese and Charcuterie Plate - soppressata and prosciutto di Parma with Fontina, Asiago and Gorgonzola Dolce cheese served with marinated olives and cornichons.
• Caesar Salad - romaine lettuce, Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and crouton with traditional Caesar dressing.

ENTREES

• Roasted French Cut Breast of Chicken - marinated in fresh thyme, peppercorn, garlic and orange zest, served over chorizo sausage, dates and cilantro with fingerling potatoes and romanesco.
• Pan Seared Salmon - fillet of North Atlantic salmon served over spinach and roasted pepper with grilled fennel and a carrot saffron puree.
• Pork Chop with Salsa Verde - marinate pork chop served with roasted fingerling potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
• Vegetable Ravioli - served in a roasted tomato sauce.
• Filet Mignon - beef tenderloin served with roasted fingerling potatoes and season vegetables.
