Purchased these a long time before our trip (tickets for 2024 hadn’t been printed at that point) but had no problem getting the tickets when available. Tickets turn out the best way and cheapest way of buying the parks entry.

As previously stated we spent a lot of time and money for what seemed like a simply change in the booking. Advisor was of no help whatsoever. We had to go direct to the vendor which we should not have had to do. We had a customer service issue that your customer service were unable to resolve and we had to take care of it ourselves at our expense.

I thought this was a great deal. We bought ‘Seaworld Ultimate tickets’. We visited all 3 parks and ate there. This worked out at £50 per day for admission, parking & unlimited food & drink. It was very easy to navigate the website and purchase the tickets. Would use again.

When I needed to change my ticket dates back in the UK, your advisor was really helpful. However, when I reached the park, it transpired that the QR codes on my two tickets did not match the dates, so I had took the wrong ticket for the day and had a lot of difficulty getting in. Fortunately I was able to retrieve my email copy of the other ticket and get it that way, but I had to come out the queue to do this. I tried to call AttractionTickets but because of the time difference, the line wasn't open. This was a bit of an annoyance in an otherwise smooth transaction.
