Topic: Villa Rental

    Talking Villa Rental

I have been reading the various posts regarding renting a villa rather than a hotel room. I actually own a villa over in Florida, and have tried to make it a true home from home.

A villa doesn't have the same restrictions that a hotel has, opening times for the pool area, not getting the prime spot for the sunshine. Queuing for meals at certain times.

Plus it is more expensive in the long run in a hotel, you buy your own food, and cook for yourself, so you know exactly what everyone wants.

Please feel free to take a look around our web site for our villa www.smith-villas.com and see if it appeals to anyone.

    Thanks

    Darren

Hi we also own villas and we try to offer everything everyone would want like Darren when you book through the likes of tour ops it is like a lucky dip you don't know where or how well looked after it is.

We try to given everything possible ie highchair, stroller, cot, large screen tv's pool tables computer with internet jus tot name a few things,.

Before we owned and rented villa we had to pay extra for cot hire etc which was annoying when we had paid over inflated price through the tour ops.

You should Rob. We've had them the last 3 times we've been and they are so much better than a hotel (although I was always happy with my hotel). It's just all the comfort of home (but a MUCH better home) in Florida - with a pool - and a BBQ - and lots of other fab extras!!!!
