    Default Just been moved

We've just had a call from Disney in Orlando to tell us that they have overbooked our hotel in Paris next week and so offering us an upgrade. We were in the cheapest of the onsite hotels, the Cheyenne and now we are in a Montana Room in the Sequoia Lodge.

I've got my doubts about the Cheyenne being full as I thought this was a quiet time of the year, but I'm very happy with the upgrade whatever the cause.

Definitely a bonus as the rooms at Sequoia Lodge are a cut above Cheyenne. It is still close enough to be able to wander across for a look around the Cheyenne, too, as it is definitely quite a scenic resort, and the cowboy styling is done extremely well.

Wonderful our first trip we stayed at sequoia lodge and loved it the pool is lovely although the best part is that they can open half of it up ... not sure they’ll be doing that in December.
When we went in December 14 (13???) there was a cheerleading competition/ display going on ... if that’s on again it might explain the cheaper room being booked up ? .
Of course it’s a shorter walk to the parks from sequoia lodge too

It was indeed a nice upgrade and being that much closer to the parks was a bonus. I will say that the rooms could do with an upgrade, only one power socket and poor sound proofing don't really cut it these days.

My son has decided to take over trip reporting duties as apparently it will be quicker for him to do it, but so far I've seen no evidence of any writing.
