I had to skim, spencem, but it's possible to see every location she mentions just by skimming.

OK, if Deb has the right idea about this topic, let's give it a whirl. If we each put down some of our best 'hidden' places to visit, we should end up with quite a comprehensive list of options over time.

    My top choices would be:

Taking the boat from Magic Kingdom to Fort Wilderness to escape the crowds, have a quiet wander & enjoy a meal at Trail's End Buffet.
Taking the boat from Disney Springs to Old Key West and/or Port Orleans for a general wander.
The Resort Monorail tour, especially during the Christmas period, when you can stop at each one to enjoy the decorations.
At Animal Kingdom, the walkway from Harambe to Pandora for a really clever, gentle transition.
At Magic Kingdom, when it's really busy, grab a sandwich and go upstairs to eat at Columbia Harbor House, as the masses don't often find it.

    Next...!

    So fully agree with Susan’s.

The boats whether from MK, Contemporary or from DHS (to board walk or EPCOT) etc are all fun.

For many, not realising that you can leave or enter EPCOT at World Gateway and spend a while on the Boardwalk

Marshmallows out the back on the Savannah at AK lodge or night vision goggles round the back of AK lodge.

Digging with young kids for fossils! At T Rex Disney Springs

Playing the free interactive games at MK and EPCOT

Going round and round and round for free chocolate at Ghirardelli’s in Disney Springs

The first three on Simon's list were going to be my suggestions.

    I would add,
Taking the path from Storybook Circus to Tomorrowland alongside the railroad track to watch the steam train go by.
Walk along the path next to the lake at Disney Springs from Starbucks by the balloon to House of the Blues to admire the boats and Saratoga Springs.
Tour Seven Seas Lagoon and the hotels using the Friendship boats.

I especially like the Epcot and Ghirardelli ones here (although I did hear that Ghiraredelli had temporarily stopped the free handouts at one point this year ).

That's an especially good one for the MK. There are so few places to slow down in that park, but that path is a good option

Yes they had stopped just after Christmas, most disconcerting!

I love a 'secret' path and this is one of my favourites. You get a unique view of Cinderella Castle and Tomorrowland Speedway.
