Question 1st night Accomodation Details on Visa waiver form

Travelling soon and just wanted to see if anyone could advise on form filling.

Have booked 'accomodation only' through Kuoni (Villa). They say they will give you details of accomodation on arrival. Having spoken to them (Kuoni) they say they will give us the address of their agents for the Visa forms before we depart.

I am in theory fine with this (done it this way, in the past, a number of times), but as the US immigration are increasingly iffy about filling in the first night's accomodation details I wondered if anyone else had recent experience of filling in an agents address as the first night?

(Interestingly when we asked Kuoni to confirm this is ok in writing, the tele rep was not keen and the letter, well we are still waiting)

Sometimes I wonder about two things in relation to this. Firstly if you just wrote down one of the main or minor hotels then I would guess it would fill in the form. Secondly do you think that the 'bad' people ever fill in their real address or tick the yes boxes on the visa waiver form?

lol, i always think that when i'm filling in the form:
Are you smuggling drugs into the USA: YES
    Are you a terrorist: YES
Are you carrying an infection disease: YES

C'mon! like the bloke says, who is gonna say yes to any of that!

Some friends did a villa AOA last year, put the Management Company address on the VWP form and had no problem.

This is now standard practice as so many accommodations are villas on arrival; hence the immigration officials are used to seeing the management company's address.
