General Policies

  • Age Requirements: Bookings must contain at least one person who is 21 or older.
  • Check-in Requirments: A major credit card and photo I.D. is required upon check-in to cover incidental charges. Check-in is at 4.00pm and check-out is at 11.00am.
  • Smoking Policy: All Universal resort hotels are 100% smoke-free. The non-smoking policy applies to all hotel areas, except for designated outdoor smoking areas. The cleaning fee for smoking in guest rooms is $250.

Parking in the Universal Orlando car park costs $27 per day, or you can pay extra to upgrade to Prime Parking or Valet. But if you arrive after 6pm, you can park for free (on non-Halloween Horror Nights event nights).

  • I purchased 4 sets of tickets for the three Universal parks plus Seaworld and Busch Gardens. Great value and included free dining for Seaworld and Busch Gardens every 90 minutes. Vouchers exchanged for the Universal tickets on arrival and other tickets issued at the kiosk in Seaworld. I would highly recommend AttractionTickets.com for anyone visiting Orlando theme parks.
