The Dolphin Meet & Greet at Atlantis Dubai takes place at Atlas Village and lasts around 30 minutes including a quick briefing. Your Aquaventure water park ticket gives you full same-day access.

Terms and conditions for Dolphin Meet & Greet at Atlantis Dubai
- Suitable for all ages. All children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a participating adult of 18 years old and above. Children 2 years old and below have complimentary access.
- Participants of the Dolphin Meet & Greet experience must arrive at Atlas Village at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
- If a participant arrives 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, they will be considered a “no show”. Please know that your scheduled time is for the mandatory check-in and not for the experience itself.
- There is a maximum of 15 persons participating in the Dolphin Meet & Greet experience at any one time.
- One complimentary printed photo per paid ticket will be provided after the experience.
- A maximum of 2 children under 12 per adult are accepted.
- Filming or taking videos of any kind is not permitted at Atlas Village.
- For the safety of the animals, all jewellery and accessories have to be removed before entering the water.
- *Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be given if your reservation is cancelled 72 hours prior to your scheduled time. A 50% cancellation fee will be applied from 72 hours up to 24 hours outside the scheduled event. A 100% cancellation fee will be applied if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled event. No-shows are charged 100% of their reservation amount.
