Excellent. However the free tote bag voucher at the Florida Mall was a waste of time as the desk was never open on the occasions we visited.

Overall good. Ticket purchase and download was very easy and went without a hitch. Quite tricky to transfer to apps but figured it out in the end. Dollar off and discount dining cards were pointless and we didn't find anywhere that actually took them. Don't bother downloading the apps with all the faff and data you have to hand over. Seemed to be mainly based in downtown or out of the way places. You can pick up more usable discount vouchers in most hotels lobbies with better money off. One negative was having to trek all the way to Planet Hollywood on the first day to get our magic bands. This ended up taking two hours out of our day and was really hot and stressful. There should be an option to post the magic bands ahead of time even if it's chargeable.

Easy to purchase the tickets and pay as and when before your trip we received some problems with some of the parks not being open at all and rides was completely shut down and not working so I have contacted attraction tickets due to the issues we occurred and no reply back

Easy to purchase tickets online. Got 3 tickets for 3 parks at a great price. Qr code sent to phone through email and is easy to print out if paper copy is wanted.

Tickets were as advertised and at a good price. The extras (Orlando Dine 4 Less Card GOLD and Free Gift at The Florida Mall & Savings Passport) were not worth the paper I ended up printing them on. The discount card (and app) were nor recognised anywhere even when the listing was shown to the merchant and the guest services was not open at The Florida Mall either time we visited and so were not able to use that either. If these cost to attach I think if we were to book with Attraction Tickets again I would suggest a discounted price rather than something which makes people angry if it doesn't work.
