Our guide to One World Observatory All-inclusive-Ticket

Visit the One World Observatory on your chosen day,  AND enjoy Skip the Line to access through the Priority entrance depending on whether you have chosen Morning, Afternoon or Evening! This All-inclusive ticket also includes the One World Explorer (the virtual i-Pad guide) so you know eactly what you are looking at any time. PLUS , to cap off the experience, enjoy a complimentary beverage to really drink in the view. 

Then start your unique experience at the One World Observatory by boarding a Sky Pod elevator and ascend to the to the top of the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere in less than sixty seconds.

Accompanying the rapid journey, an incredible high-definition time lapse video plays on the glass walls of your Sky Pod elevator recreating the development of New York City’s skyline from the 1500s to today’s skyscrapers.

When you get to the top, be prepared to explore three levels filled with innovation and inspiration. But first, immerse yourself in a 2-minute screening session at the See Forever Theater that presents the unique pulsating rhythm of the Big Apple in three dimensions, by combining bird’s eye imagery, time-lapse shots and patterns.

As the video ends and the screen rises slowly, revealing the observation deck and the amazing panoramic views of New York City and beyond. 

Head to the main Observatory on the 100th floor, also known as the Discovery Level and experience the Big Apple like never before. Enjoy breathtaking 360-degree views of the city, taking in her iconic sights and neatly lined the blocks and avenues.

See the Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center, Woolworth Building and the Statue of Liberty. From your lofty position you can look down on the helicopters that take tourists high over Manhattan and see just how many boats fill the surrounding water. 

The Main Observatory also features the expansive Sky Portal, where you can take a walk high above the streets of New York. Those brave enough step a circle of video screens that deliver an unforgettable high-definition view of the streets below.

If you want to complete the day with a drink, a bite to eat or dinner, One World Observatory offers three distinct options at the 101th floor, all of them with a setting that is truly and magnificently one-of-a-kind.

Terms and conditions for One World Observatory All-inclusive-Ticket

  • You must select the date so we know when to send you tickets and Morning (9am), Afternoon(1pm) or Evening (4pm).
  • Once booked and confirmed One World Observatory Tickets are non-refundable and 100% cancellation fees will apply. 
  • Children under 17 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. 
  • Guests aged 5 and under are admitted free of charge.
  • Any professional photo or video equipment is not permitted.
  • The hours of operation on 4th July 2019 for One World Observatory is 8am through 6pm, with last entrance at 5:15pm.
  • One World Observatory may close at certain times for special events without notice. Please check opening times locally.

    One World Observatory – including its exhibits and amenities – are accessible to individuals with disabilities. Guests requiring assistance (e.g., auxiliary aids or services), should contact the Guest Services office at 844-OWO-1776 or Guest Services Desk, in advance of their visit.
  • Are push chairs allowed?
    Yes, push chairs are allowed but you will be asked to remove your child and fold your 
    push chair up for access to the elevators as well as the escalators within the experience.
  • Can I take pictures?
    Yes, we encourage all guests to take as many personal photos or video with hand held devices as they would like.
  • Is smoking permitted at One World Observatory?
    No, smoking is not permitted anywhere within the Observatory including our outside West Plaza.
  • We are visiting prior to going to the airport; can we bring our luggage with us?
    No, luggage is not allowed in the Observatory. Only bags/backpacks/packages no larger than 25” high x no more than 17” wide and no more than 9″ deep are permitted. There are no lockers or storage capabilities available for personal items.
