General Policies
- Bookings must contain at least one person who is 21 years of age or older.
- A major credit card and photo I.D. is required upon check-in to cover incidental charges.
- There must be at least one person in the reserved room who is 21 years of age or older.
- All Universal Resort hotels are 100% smoke-free. The non-smoking policy applies to all areas of the hotels, with the exception of designated outdoor smoking areas. The cleaning fee for smoking in guest rooms is $250.
- Rollaway beds are NOT offered at this hotel.
